We start the day early! The first activity starts at 7 am with our morning yoga! Every day will be a different style…vinyasa, ashtanga, hatha, yin… you name it! Starting the day with movement it's super important and it will help you continue the day with more energy!

After a whole day of work it's time to leave the laptops aside for...skill sharing time! This is the most important time of the day, the moment we come together to share our knowledge with the group. Design, marketing, photography and so much more. That's how we grow!

After our delicious homemade dinner, when our bellies are full of food and just before going to sleep, some bonding time awaits those that want it with journaling, dancing, movie screening, talking while watching the stars….This is the most precious time of the day.
